Situated near the farmhouse, but with their own private gardens and parking, The Nursery Rhyme Barns are the perfect escape from the hustle and bustle of town or city life.
The first of our barn conversions, Bo Peep Cottage opened on 30 July 2005, with our second, Humpty Dumpty Cottage, completed for the summer of 2010.
Especially designed to cater for families with babies, toddlers and older children, both barns are fully equipped to meet the needs of the whole family. They have stair gates, fireguards, cots, changing stations, baby monitors, night lights, baby baths, highchairs and booster seats, for your toddlers safety and your peace of mind. Childrens’ cutlery and tableware for mealtimes and age-graded books, toys, games and jigsaws for your under fives.
Our fabulous tree beds capture the imagination of even sophisticated teenagers and we provide books, games and wifi to keep them busy too. Both cottages have two bathrooms so no one is ever kept waiting, with great rainfall showers and baths big enough for two!

As our barns are specifically for the use of families with children so we ask that guests agree to our no smoking policy. You are however welcome to smoke in the cottage gardens.
